Delivery Times

We dispatch all orders from our Queensland warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days Australia-wide via Australia Post. Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) usually arrive in 2-3 business days, while regional and remote areas (WA, NT, TAS) may take 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over $200 AUD. Express delivery is available for an additional $25 AUD and typically arrives within 1-2 business days via Australia Post Express. Our minimum order value is $200 AUD.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door. Please allow a few hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding indicating the contents. Your privacy is important to us.

Delivery Areas

We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories. We do not currently ship internationally. A valid Australian delivery address is required at checkout.
