2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display products, prices and stock accurately. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices and limit or cancel quantities at any time.

3. Orders & Minimum Order Value

Our minimum order value is $200 AUD. When you place an order you make an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or stock issues.

4. Payment

We accept PayID, bank transfer (EFT) and Bitcoin/cryptocurrency. After placing your order, you will receive payment instructions via our live chat or email. Orders are held for 24 hours and dispatched once payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping

Standard delivery is free on orders over $200; express delivery is available for an additional $25. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned except where faulty.

7. Product Use & Warnings

Vaping products are intended for adult smokers and vapers only. They are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with a heart condition. Use products only as directed and keep away from children and pets.
